Kathlyn Smith has been dedicated to the Behavioral Health field for nearly a decade. Starting from humble beginnings as a tech and alumni coordinator, she transitioned into business development and outreach. In her current role, Kathlyn focuses on assisting those struggling with mental health and substance abuse disorders, ensuring they find the best quality treatment options.
“When asked about her role in business development, Kathlyn stated, ‘I love what I do and am extremely passionate about helping those struggling with mental health or substance-abuse disorders find the correct treatment program and plan. Every person that calls my phone or gets on my lines, I give 110% to helping them find the right program for them to find their recovery. This is a great passion of mine. I consider myself on the front lines of this epidemic where we lose over 100,000 lives a year just due to addiction alone. By helping somebody find the right program and achieving their recovery, I feel that I’m part of the solution of this epidemic that we are fighting every day.’”
