AdLib LA was started by Maureen and Lindsay who met while training at the Conservatory Program at Second City Hollywood. They quickly discovered a demand outside of the comedy world for the skills which improv teaches. They felt strongly that the need was present in the world of mental health and developed a program geared towards helping clients find their confidence, voice, and be present in their lives. The AdLib LA team is made up of kind, fun, and compassionate professionals trained in both performing arts and psychology. They enjoy offering a wide range of groups including Improv for Recovery, Narrative Music Group, and Creative Writing.
