As Program Manager and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II), John oversees clinical operations, staff leadership, and client programming, helping individuals build the foundation for lasting change.
A Los Angeles native, John’s personal journey, overcoming addiction and rebuilding his life after incarceration, fuels his unwavering commitment to those we serve. His story is a living example of the transformative power of recovery and personal resilience.
John is known for fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and hope. His leadership style combines real-world understanding with best clinical practices to ensure that every client receives the support they need to succeed. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), further strengthening his skills in leadership, operations, and organizational growth.
