Erin Katz, AMFT

Primary Therapist

Grounded in the belief that our past experiences shape our present patterns, Erin collaborates with clients to uncover unconscious dynamics and relational wounds, while honoring their unique story and inner wisdom. Through a compassionate and attuned therapeutic relationship, she creates a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, build insight, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

After years of working in marketing and design, Erin felt a deep calling to shift paths and pursue human-centered work as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Erin received her master’s degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University while gaining extensive experience working in detox, residential, IOP, and inpatient hospitalization settings. Erin is currently attending Meridian University in a PsyD program with an emphasis in depth psychology. Erin brings empathy, authenticity, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for transformation as they break free from the hold of substance use and mental health challenges.

Erin views therapy as not only a process of healing but also of awakening. She approaches therapy as a collaborative and empowering process that fosters lasting change and personal growth. With a mind-body-spirit orientation, she incorporates somatic awareness and mindfulness practices to help clients tap into the wisdom of their bodies and cultivate resilience. Working through substance use, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, Erin is dedicated to supporting clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and empowered change.
