Virginia has over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and experience, sound bath certification and is also certified in nutritional therapy. Virginia has a passion for helping others step into their power and improve quality of living. With an emphasis on breathing techniques, asana, and meditation, she promotes intentional yoga to encourage physical health, mental wellness, and believes that yoga as a “skill in action” is an empowering tool in the recovery kit!
